Your mission

We are on the mission to help millions of culinary professionals and enthusiasts to unleash their potential. One of our big milestones on this journey is to bring the world’s culinary knowledge into people’s pockets. And to make this happen, we need the people at Gronda, that spread this content around the world. This is where you come in. With your experience and drive for more, you increase the performance of our ads through continuous developing and testing of creatives for FB and Insta.

Your responsibility

  • You bring out 5 new winning creatives per week
  • You develop, test and improve new & existing creatives
  • Your main focus is on FB & Instagram ads
  • You write scripts & copies and be in touch with our content creators
  • Out of raw video & picture material you create different ad creatives
  • You bring ads online and track performances in collaboration with the Marketing lead

Your profile

  • You don’t just like FB and Insta, you actually live on these platforms
  • You have first experiences with social media ads and you have media editorial skills to cut videos, design pictures…
  • You are strong in creative thinking, which enables you to continuously come up with new ad ideas
  • At the same time, you bring the analytical skills to understand and improve the performance of the ads
  • Failure is for you just another opportunity to grow and get better and better
  • A big plus would be, if you have experience in app install & engagement ads

Location: Barcelona

Salary: Min. €30,000 (full-time equivalent) – overpay based on skills

Shares: Participate in our joined success as a company with our employee share program

Time: 20-40hrs
